Responsibilities & Expectations

We understand as you are transitioning to a new job it can take some time to get into the groove, so know your manager and team understand and will have your back as you  get settled in. 

During the time of transition, help your team and manager out by handling the things you can control:

1. Showing up on time to each job. 

2. Asking questions if you are not sure. 

3. Hustling - “focus and work hard on the task at hand.” 

Once you get settled in the expectations your team and manager will have are the following (are not limited to):

4. Communicating with your lead if there are issues on the job. 

5. Keeping track of your equipment and changing it out when needed
